Of Sensory Overload


Visual form of instruction after a long period of time, tend to distort and affect ones sensory receptors. You get to a brim and that feeling of satiation makes it rather hard to consume anymore media.
When you get to this stage, it is important to take time to relax, defog, declutter and destress.
Since it is our major mode of instruction, we found these as ways of helping and also speeding up even this very important process.
